it is my observation that things that evolve you or give your best experience have happened from the inside out. like, Performing an art. Performing art is an activity that drives your energy from inside to outside. That creates wonderful nature within you because during those moments, you are the source of the energy channel and it is the best thing in this universe. On the other side things which give you stress or uncomfortable feeling happens due to the energy flow direction from outside to inside. It means simply outsider energies are dominating you. Hence when you are performing at your peak, you truly become free from all the bonds. Hence Bhakti marg drives on Satsang, kirtan, and chanting. Because it simply drives your energies from the inside out.
Now you might have guessed that how can learning is not stressed? As it might happen from outside to inside? Well, in that case, it is not what you think. We all are param Brahma, Satchidananda right from the time we become element from the information. Any information that enlightens us doing nothing but dusting off the surface!
