3 Simple Tips For Becoming a Calmer Person


We all have days where we can get stressed out to the max to where we think we can’t ever Calm down. Eventually we all get sick and tired of feeling this way and stressed out all of the time. On top of that, stress is the main cause of unhappiness and is definitely not good for you at all. Sometimes we just need to set aside a time to relax and unwind and just completely calm down. Then sometimes that teaches us to be a little Calmer in the end throughout everyday of the week at times. It can be hard though to do so because some people have tough situations and bad phases in life and just can’t seem to catch a break from stress.  So if you want to become a calmer person and need a few simple tips to help you do so, just keep reading this post! 

Start planning out more things. It can be hard for some people to be Organized and a planner, but trust me on this. If you get yourself a planner or a bullet journal or even both, it’s going to help you so much. Not only can planning sort of calm you and make you feel productive while your doing it but you won’t have to stress about what you have to get done the next day because it’s already written down right in front of you, all you have to do is cross it off when your finished. It’s super easy, yet super helpful at the same time. My bullet journal and planner was one of the best things to ever happen to me. You’ll feel so much more organized when everything is planned out for your day, which in the end leads to a calmer day. 

Get organized. The more organized you are, the better. If you don’t know where everything is at then it’s going to lead you to stress out about finding it but if you actually know where it’s all at, then boom you don’t have to worry or stress about finding it. Just take one day out of the week to just sit down and go through everything from clothes, to shoes, to paperwork, mail, old pens, books and magazines, broken dishes and things, etc. The more organized you are and the more you declutter, the better you’ll feel. When your done you’ll feel like a whole new person. 

Set aside a calming time each day of the week. After you’ve had a tough day, or a long day, you just need to sit back and unwind a little to calm yourself. So, just run a bubble bath and grab yourself some wine or a book and light some candles and just sit back and relax. You could even relax by just laying in bed while watching your favorite TV show or movies or something as simple as that. Whatever it might be just set aside a certain time of the day to just have relaxation time to just clear your head and completely unwind. It’s the most relaxing thing you could ever imagine and it’s just going to help you so much to just relax each day after you’ve had a long day and help you to become a much more calm person at the end of the day at least.
