5 Easy Ways To Declutter Your Mind

We all sometimes have a cluttered up house, car, closet, and even mind. It can be unbearable at times to deal with it all because your mind is so cluttered up in all of these Negative thoughts and ideas that it’s hard to handle. That’s why I’m writing this post for you, I know how hard it can be to have Ten Times too much on your mind and not know how to get it off your mind. There are tons of decluttering home videos and posts, but not near enough of decluttering your mind post so here you guys go! Hope you enjoy reading!

Erase all negativity. From toxic relationships and friendships to negative people to negative things and thoughts you might have, erase it. Get rid of it just like you would an old sweater with holes in it. It’s time to be happy and those things will do nothing but bring you down. You wouldn’t wear a tacky old sweater with holes all in it, would you? Then you shouldn’t keep negative people or thoughts in your life and mind either! It’s time to let go.

Write it all out. If you have too much on your mind, write it completely out to take it off of your mind. One thing I’ve learned is venting to a piece of paper or document is much more satisfying than it is telling someone all of my problems. Then you don’t have to worry about people judging you either, which is something anxiety can trick you into thinking they’ll do.
Declutter your house. This might sound dumb because it might seem like it doesn’t have anything to do with your mind but honestly, you guys just trust me on this one. It really does have a huge positive impact on your mind and your thoughts. Have you ever noticed after you clean up how much better you feel? Exactly. The less clutter in your home, the less clutter in your mind.

Be more Organized. Being organized is going to help you in so many ways. It can save you from stress, depression, anxiety, work burnout and more. There is nothing better honestly than having an organized and clean home I promise you. You’ll feel much better too when you can wake up and find everything you need cause you know exactly where it’s all at.

Workout more often. If you workout, it relieves stress and releases endorphins which make you happy. The happier you are the better. I’ll be honest every time I go to the gym I’ll have a ton on my mind and every time I walk out of that door, I don’t have it there anymore or I’m just a lot more content about it because I feel ten times better after my workout. The gym can help you in more than just physical health, it helps mentally to trust me.

That was all for this post you guys! Hope you enjoyed reading and check back soon for
more great posts!
