Lotherton Hall Christmas Experience 2024 | ad

Get ready to immerse yourself in the festive spirit as Lotherton, Yorkshire's beloved family attraction, unveils an array of exciting activities as part of its highly anticipated Christmas Experience. Brace yourselves for an enchanting journey, as Santa and Mrs. Claus make a grand return, accompanied by a revamped Elf Village and the magical North Pole.

From November 25, 2023, to January 7, 2024, families are invited to create cherished memories at the Edwardian stately home near Leeds. Prepare for an enchanting day filled with adventures alongside fairies, elves, and the one and only Father Christmas himself.

Following the overwhelming success of last year's festivities, tickets for this year's Christmas Experience will go on sale from September 15, 2023, and are expected to sell out rapidly.

Lotherton's festive preparations are in full swing, with Mr. and Mrs. Claus donning their suits and the diligent elves crafting magical fairy dust and Christmas crafts. This year, the event promises more magic than ever before, featuring both beloved traditions and exciting new additions.

In a delightful twist, Santa and his trusty elves will reside in a brand-new, snow-filled North Pole. Young ones can explore the winter wonderland, discovering Dizzy Bells in the elf workshop, obtaining a special Christmas key for Christmas Eve, visiting Pippin McJingles at the mystical wishing well, and finally meeting Santa himself.

Santa will warmly welcome children, listening to their holiday wishes and gifting them an early Christmas present. Preschoolers will also have the chance to visit Santa in his cozy cabin during the day.

Inside the Hall, visitors can take a step back in time, immersing themselves in the lives of the Gascogine family from the late 1700s and marveling at the Edwardian Christmas decorations. Mrs. Claus will return to the Hall's kitchens, delighting visitors with festive fun as they decorate freshly baked gingerbread infused with Christmas cheer.

Outdoors, families can embark on a magical woodland walk around the Estate's breathtaking grounds. Along the winding paths adorned with twinkling lights, guests will engage in festive activities such as pulling a giant cracker, racing reindeer, and playing hide and seek amidst towering presents. Keep an ear out for the enchanting laughter and whispers of fairies in the festive Fairy Dell.

No Christmas celebration is complete without the playful antics of mischievous elves. They'll be residing in the captivating Elf Village within Lotherton's grounds, offering children the chance to participate in Christmas crafts, create their own reindeer food for Christmas Eve, and enjoy a mesmerizing magic show in the Yuletide Yurts, while adults indulge in festive beverages.
