I started my tests with checking whether the brushes shed. Only one of them lost couple of hair & it’s normal. The brushes are very well made with nice matte wooden handles & metal shafts. They’re of much better than I expected considering the price. I don’t really see the difference in my make up using $50/each posh brushes I got in the US & which I don’t really use anymore as they’re not handy. This set does its job properly. The only thing that I want to mention about the sponge brushes is that it’s better to use the disposable ones for hygiene reasons but I’m going to use these to apply metallic powder on my nails! They’re perfect for that! I also use disposable lash brushes as it’s my personal preference.

Make up test! I used the brushes for a few days to do my full make up and I couldn’t see the difference as I previously mentioned. They’re all soft & comfortable to use. Having an occasion to test them on my friend too, I did her full make up. She enjoyed the experience and guessed the price of the brushes. She really thought that they are high shelf super expensive brushes because I’m a make up & beauty addict! You can just imagine her face when I told her the set costs  at the moment £13, not “over £100” as she guessed. They really look posh in this glossy pouch! My housemate already added this set to her wish list so we all know what she’s getting for Christmas

To be honest, I never trusted such make up sets and thought that “Oh, I wouldn’t use them all” but I wish I could have get the whole set earlier, not get each brush separately to be left with so many unmatched brushes.
