Celebrating Cinco de Mayo? How about creating this easy fiesta Banner with a few simple supplies. OK, so total disclosure. I was recently purging my craft bins and came across various packages of fringe tapes I purchased on clearance and then forgot all about them. They reminded me of my fringe placemats so I decided to recreate the look as a banner for my Cinco de Mayo bar cart. Also in my craft stash, gold letters and a scallop edger that I use and trace out for templates. But no worries, you can easily recreate my banner. I created a free template that you can download that includes the banner flag and letters!
