Looking for meaning
For several years now we have all been questioning each other and, I’m sure, questioning God as to why. Why is Mom/Granny/Linda left to hang on in such horrible condition? What could the Purpose possibly be? How will we know what that purpose is or if it was all worth it?
While we will not know for certain I think we now have an idea. We will know for sure when we all get to Heaven but for now please consider this: I’m beginning to believe that it was at least partially for this moment. The post I just added on facebook is essentially the same as the one I posted on a local forum at work. Even as I type this that post has been shared in wider forums and has the potential to reach hundreds of thousands of IBMers world-wide. I have given permission for others to take it forward to other forums, other venues and can imagine it reaching well beyond that.
On Facebook I have also been asked for permission and granted it for others to share. Even as we grieve Mom/Granny/Linda, God is using the story of Mom, Dad, Wendy, each of you, and even me to save lives across the Southern Tier, across the state, across the country, and even in other parts of the world. Your messages of love to her are all part of that as well, the word is spreading.
There was an important purpose and each of you were part of it. Grieve for Mom/Granny/Linda, grieve for each other but know that this was NOT all for nothing. Our God is an awesome God and his plan Is for each of us to see Mom/Granny/Linda again and to enjoy her restored in God’s great time!
