One year ago today I made a big decision to try and improve my life. I know 2017 has been rough on everyone but, personally, 2016 was a far, darker year for me. It’s been a journey of great progress, with only a few minor setbacks since then, and I still have a lot of work to do on the front of patience and just chilling out more, but I can definitely tell you I am in a much Happier place today.
