At 3am today, Senator Barack Obama's grandmother died from Cancer. And this crossed my mind when he went to see her. This might be another addition to a great story. Not to be insensitive about it. It's a great lost to most people. But he's about to be the President Elect...that should make you think, how ironic.

Some might say she died for the sympathy vote. Or she was at total peace in her life and her grand childrens life that it was time to go. Maybe she couldn't bare to see him loose and decided to check out early. Maybe she was too sick to continue on. Either way, the anticipation of Obama as president was more so for her than anyone else in the world.
