Tina Turner Announces Deluxe Edition of Chart-Topping 1986 Album ‘Break Every Rule’

Nearly 36 years after topping charts around the world, Tina Turner‘s ‘Break Every Rule’ – the follow-up to her mega-selling 1984 comeback solo album ‘Private Dancer’ – is set to be reintroduced to the masses via an expanded deluxe edition jam-packed with music and visuals from the era.

Details inside.

Famed for its singles ‘Two People,’ ‘Typical Male,’ ‘What You See Is What You Get,’ and more, 1986’s ‘Rule’ is poised to see the Queen of Rock rule over charts again with its reissue slated for November 25.

Coming via three physical formats (including a 3CD+2DVD box set), the repackaging will not only contain remastered versions of the original 11 songs on the ‘Break’ album but will also be loaded with B-sides, remixes, and live recordings.

The DVD will feature era performances from Camden Place in London and Maracanã in Rio de Janeiro (which famously earned Turner a Guinness World Record for attracting over 180,000 concertgoers – one of the largest concert attendances in the 20th century).  As if that’s not enough, ‘Rule’ will also be issued on vinyl with remastered audio.
