I have a kid who I could see do euphonium/trombone performance a few years down the road. I was curious what schools meet family need in the low brass world. I've talked to people on other instruments and they mention the really Competitive conservatories, and also maybe schools like Northwestern, Rice, Hopkins, etc. For a bright, middle class kid with good grades who is interested in a music degree but also in a School that provides good aid, who would be on your list?
