Calvin Harris is back with his newest collaboration presenting Rag’n’Bone Man for the emotional “Giant” which has secured this week’s #24* Power Pick on the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart.

As the first single since his dual dance chart-topping tracks “Promises” with Sam Smith and “One Kiss” with Dua Lipa, the Scottish DJ/producer/artist hooked up with the “Human” singer to create a touching but inspiring recording that is reminiscent of Paul Kalkbrenner‘s 2015 Florian Trilogy. Like that project, this story’s protagonist deals with his own problems through the music.

Born Rory Charles Graham, Rag’n’Bone Man contributes his baritone voice to “Giant” reciting the lyrics, “Don’t hide your emotions/You can throw down your guard/And feet from the ocean, we can be who we are” in between cuts of exceptional production featuring bursts of brass horns from the one and only Grammy-winning Calvin Harris. The accompanying music video ties the whole bundle together, showing a young man standing up to adversity with the help of nature and a group of companions.
