One of my favorite things about working with Kayla is that she’s always up for a challenge!

For those that remember this song by Elvin Bishop (sung by Mickey Thomas), this was truly the introduction to showcase Mickey’s fabulous voice. We all know Mickey went on to join Jefferson Starship (which later became Starship) with some incredible pieces of music
(Jane, Sara, Built This City, and many others).

Mickey is a true “singer’s singer” and a very worthy challenge for us indeed!

I personally have done a version of this song myself and thought it would be awesome to do it with Kayla as well.

I think you’ll agree, Kayla displays her own talent as a “singer’s singer”.
