Noel Gallagher talks about women

He said, via The Sun:

“I don’t think I’d ever danced in my life — and then my foot was tapping and it was like, what the f is going on?! Hang on a minute! And before you know it . . .  I was never into dance music or electronic music or anything that wasn’t played on a guitar — but musically it opened me up to everything.”

Talking about New Order anthem Blue Monday, he added: “I had the original 12in when it came out.

“You listen now and it still sounds like it was recorded yesterday. It still sounds like the future.

“The club even made me see girls differently. I don’t think I ever had girls as friends until after that — and now I’ve got fing too many of them.”

Noel said his first romantic interactions with younger women were from the clubs. It has also recently come to light that the original hand-written lyrics of Wonderwall by Oasis star Noel Gallagher has garnered £46,875 at auction after it went under the hammer on Friday. Propstore’s auction is taking place at the Bafta headquarters in Piccadilly, London, that started on November 3 and ran until November 6.
