Oslo-based band The Holy Mountain present a dreamy, synth-forward intrigue on new single “Searing Light,” described as “an explosive song about catharsis, leaving the darkness in favor of burning light.” The thematic uses of lightness and darkness echo a spiritual quality, aligning enjoyably with an aesthetic arsenal of gorgeous vocal soaring and hypnotic layers of synths amidst steady percussion.
