Today’s Song is “You’ll Stay Right Here” by The Commuters. The NYC act is comprised of Zeeshan Zaidi (vocals), Uri Djemal (guitar), Paul Amorese (drums), and Ben Zwerin (bass).

This is the latest video from the band and premiered earlier this month on Pancakes & Whiskey. The song, which originally comes from the band’s debut album Rescue, has been remastered and will be featured on their forthcoming EP – to be released Spring 2016. It was written by frontman Zeeshan Zaidi after a loved one was diagnosed with Lymphoma.

The video tells the story of Max & Bella, two dogs who fall in love, get married, and then learn that one of them has cancer.

The sweet piano driven ballad is only further complimented by the tear jerker video. It is a beautiful song that shows passion and perseverance. This band has a personal appeal with their sweet melodies and musical charisma.
