Dublin-based indie newcomer Annie-Dog has today unveiled her huge new single The Pressures of the Heart. Signed to cult indie label Dance To The Radio (Ellur, Far Caspian, Low Hummer, Youth Sector), the hypnotic new cut delivers on all accounts with its kaleidoscopic melodies, break-beat percussion and catchy arrangement. Speaking ahead of her debut release, which will soon be followed by a full live plot kicking off in the spring, Annie-Dog explained: “‘The Pressures of the Heart’ is an ode to that rock and a hard-place feeling you get when you’re deeply, emphatically in love, but aren’t sure if it’s the right time.
