Can you send me a page link from your website where I can file for SSI? I cannot find it Absolutely anywhere. I find your site virtually worthless and others comments underscore my own herein.  Why is efficiency lacking when people are suffering and have to often wait years for approval or denial? This is absolutely frustrating! I already filed, so I thought, yet that seems to have been an "hours-long" exercise in pure futility.

Can that application, if you can even find it, be utilized as I had intended?

It's not easy to visit the office in person, if it were, I'd be less likely to be applying in the first place.

Nowhere on your pages is a direct link where a person may file, and your own search bar does not navigate a person to that area either.

I also cannot even visit the site during certain hours. What's the point of having the site when its virtually useless and over convolutes what should be a simple efficient process?

It makes absolutely no sense that  so much time and energy has bern spent building a site that does not serve the citizens well.

I promise, I'm not the only one with these sentiments. This has been like this for years and it makes no sense that this continues the way it does moving forward.

I hope this new Administration scrutinizes the administration at Social Security and streamlines everything so that this process should be as simple as it should be, instead of something that is so long and drawn-out, often only making lawyers more money and not serving the people that are suffering.
