Vocalist and producer Bassaco is a self proclaimed Creatrix (Creative Priestess) of Ivorian ancestry. Drawing influences from her heritage, Bassaco uses playful West African-inspired percussive rhythms and French spoken word in this serene assembly of tracks. Influenced by avant garde sensation Bjork, to legendary jazz singer Sarah Vaughan, Bassaco proves her versatility, potential and distinctive sound that will wash over souls when it is released.
