Been madly obsessed with this new FTP track since the bomb dropped a month ago because the weather allows me to. And what a pleasant surprise that the official video is now out of the bag, giving more aesthetic opportunity to hit that repeat button over and over. Sure, Torches and Supermodel were extremely tough to match so I was not particularly expecting much. Also, sure it was a good thing to have that mindset because practically, this is a new FTP era, with a whole new sound altogether. But, it was a good thing, for the record. Save for the slower tempo, Imagination is an unlikely treat for every Foster fan given the bright sound that it is even after deviating from the usual. For some moments I even thought I was listening to Arctic Monkeys. But it was all good. So basically, this is just me saying that right now I’m happy – with Imagination, and with my life in general.
