Best 18 of 2018 – Part 1

Better late than never, here are those 2018 tracks that kept me afloat for the past year, basically the tracks that kept me hanging for the first quarter of this year really, aka best songs of 2018 accdg to my ever-reliable music taste lol. Truth be told, the pain and/or joy these songs emit pretty sum up all the baggage and stresses I carried and endured and small victories I had to celebrate for. These aren't obviously the best for most people, but I don't care really.

Had to present it in 3 gives however\ cos I felt like it.

High Hopes – Panic! at the Disco. Too much positivity; just too hard to ignore. You know, Brendon Urie has been a staple in my Playlist for over a decade now, and I don't see any significant change on this very event very soon.

Paris in the Rain – Lauv. Perfection, anyone? Truthfully, I like my playlist better when it's with Lauv. I dont know why it is but I got that feeling.

A Sky Full of Song – Florence + The Machine. Several times I have been tired; wanted to just rest. And this one was my saving song for all those times when I feel I'm about to fall, and the room begins to sway.

Sana – I belong to the zoo. Was dead hooked with this one for the entire 2018, really. Everyone deserves the truth, and it's just so painful when one begs another for it.

Prom –Nadine Lustre x James Reid. This, and ‘Never Not Love You’ underscored by Nadine Lustre  were some of the best few things that graced my 2018.

NanayTatay – Chud Festejo. Powerfully written, well deserved grand prize win for this year’s PhilPop,
