Ricardo Flores better known as "Poppy O" (@poppy_ohsoo) of Montega Cartel (@montega_cartel), was born in Camden New Jersey on May 4th, 1987 and raised in the Ablett Village section of the city. Poppy O first found his voice in 2009 after the tragic passing of his best friend "JJ" which inspired him to pursue a career in music.

Montega Cartel also put on a stand out performance at the "End Of Summer Bash" (#828show) Presented by Eddro Jersey (@eddro9) and HypeCity Radio Show (@hypecityshow) @ Voltage Lounge in Philadelphia, PA.
