In recent days, the 32-year-old has been teasing fans with a new record called “Chained To The Rhythm,” and now the official studio version is here First premiered on Apple Music’s Beats 1 on Thursday night (Feb. 9), the song is produced by Max Martin and written by Sia.

“Turn it up, it’s your favorite song/ Dance, dance, dance to the distortion…Turn it up, keep it on repeat/ Stumbling around like a wasted zombie,” sings Katy on the mid-tempo song. Bob Marley’s grandson Skip also is featured on the record, bringing his island flavor to the synth-heavy track.
