Hamilton Leithauser recently stopped by The Strombo Show to play a couple songs off of his latest record, I Had A Dream That You Were Mine, which was released in collaboration with Vampire Weekend's Rostam Batmanglij. He played two songs off the album, "The Bride's Dad" and lead single "A 1,000 Times," as well as a cover of Leonard Cohen's "Came So Far For Beauty." Strombo also interviewed Leithauser, and at one point he talked about his influences which included Cohen, "When I was 14 years old
