The Ikonic label relaunch have been well strategized. Being aware of female Hip Hop being over sexualized Eleven decided to shake things up. Instead of continuing to reach out to egotistical unsigned artist. He decided to reach out to name a few his friend Shaqueen aka Ma Barker. The female veteran best known for her legendary collaborations with Kool G rap ,Jadakiss and Big Daddy Kane, has been consistent over the years featuring with some of today’s dopest lyricist such as Busta rhymes artist Prayah, Code Blue, Fred the Godson (RIP) and NOE executive producer of award-winning web series Project Heat Sign her as the average artist. I love to name a few. “Barker is sexy but spits hard lyrics. She’s really about that life. Besides being good friends Ma Barker is a legend.”
