Newark, New Jersey’s own Tribe Mark, is an impressive lyricist who has made himself a staple in his region with records like “Tonight” and “Too Much.” His Newest LP, COLD Captions, is an ode to a hustler who decided to push through toward all his dreams against all odds. Following the unfortunate circumstance of losing his job, people advised him to quit making music, but it only fueled him to release the best work of his short yet successful music career. His new 8-track LP covers the range of every emotion of a young adult trying to navigate love, success, and everything in between.

The newest project features Is0kenny, Jerry Green, Meday, and Bez Tarantino on three separate tracks. While his guests offered exciting contributions, solo tracks like “OT” and “ASYLUM” helped provide the most authentic look into the mind of the rising young creator. Many have known him for rocking shows with artists like Cardi B, Fabolous, and Tee Grizzley and his input on popular Uganda-based artist Eddy Kenzo’s album.
