Even with camouflage applied, it’s clear that the next-generation Z4 has very similar proportions to previous BMW roadsters.

Few technical details have been released so far. However, the initial range-topping version – which will be called Z4 M40i – features lowered suspension, adaptive dampers and an electronically-controlled lock for the rear axle’s limited-slip differential.
