What makes for really good Reality TV fights? Well, in the opinion of the Kybele Virgin Hair team, it takes four things to make a fight on reality TV one worth blogging about these days:

1. Lots and lots of physical violence
2. A great takeaway phrase that really sticks
3. Having to get security involved
4. Some serious weave slinging (and pulling and tugging)

Now, to be a really epic reality TV fight, one doesn’t have to have all four of the elements above. But, to make the Kybele Virgin Hair list of epic reality TV fights, it would definitely have to include #4… in abundance.

5 Weave Slinging Reality TV Fights You Must Watch

We love Weave Slinging brawls, especially on reality TV. Here are five reality TV fights that not only went hard, but caused some serious on-screen weave slinging. Check out the videos to see just how freaking hilarious they are in real life:

1. Love & Hip Hop Atlanta – Joseline Hernandez VS EVERYBODY

Did you check out the LHHATL season 3 reunion? If not, you missed the chance to see Joseline Hernandez and Stevie J. go toe-to-toe with Benzino and Althea Heart on-camera.

This resulted in a throwdown that ended up including pretty the entire LHHATL cast. This reality TV fight was so wild, VH1 producers and film crew members had to immediate halt taping.

2. The Real Housewives of Atlanta – Porsha Williams VS Kenya Moore

Kenya Moore, AKA the villain of RHOA, accused Porsha Williams of cheating on Kordell Stewart while they were still married.

This caused a major on-screen argument, which led to an actual physical brawl between the two. Porsha ended up grabbing Kenya’s weave, and using it to drag her across the floor.

3. Flavor of Love – New York VS Pumpkin

Remember when Pumpkin had the audacity to spit in New York’s mouth? Well, we do. And, we remember how it all began too! Pumpkin took it upon herself to go behind New York’s back and report her to Flavor Flav as an actress with no real interest in him.

Of course New York denied it. But, the whole thing led to one of the first wild weave slinging fights in reality TV history. This is one of those reality TV fights that included show throwing, weave pulling and that nasty bit of saliva slinging. Ewwww!

4. Love & Hip Hop Atlanta – Karlie Redd VS K. Michelle

It all started with a simple disagreement, which led to Karlie Redd having the nerve to jerk the table in fury. That simple jerk infuriated K. Michelle, causing a shade-throwing showdown.

Michelle pisses Karlie off even more with her comment, “Ooh this b—ch is shaking the table!” The next thing we knew, security was breaking up a brutal fight between the two Weave Queens. Watch the video below to see for yourself.

5. Love and Hip Hop (New York) – Chrissy Lampkin VS Kim “Kimbella” Vanderhee

Many LHHNY fans lost respect for Chrissy Lampkin because of this one of many reality TV fights. Although she’ll probably never admit it, Chrissy sucker punched Kimbella, making sure she’d come out on top of this brawl.

Although Kimbella never saw it coming, she still came out on top as far as viewers were concerned. This is thanks to her great takeaway phrase, “Still look pretty!” with her weave still intact and all.
