I Can't

"He who say he can and he who says he can't are both usually right"
-Confucius

There is NO I can't in a Marine's vocabulary.

Those are the words I heard from the Sergeant as I struggled to do my pushups and they have stuck with me ever since.

Most people set limits on their abilities. Too many give up and truly believe that they can't Keep Moving Forward. That is bullshit. I can't is an option NOT the truth.

As you've seen in your trials in becoming a Stronger Man, the limits you may have in your mind aren't necessarily true; sometimes they aren't even close to the truth. There are SEVERAL times where I think I can't Keep Moving Forward, but when I continue to do work and push the limits, it turns out that I had more in me.

It turns out that my limits weren't what I thought they were.

While this doubt is common and harmless, the consequences aren't. If you BELIEVE that you can't Keep Moving Forward then you have already given yourself the fatal blow. Don't do this.

Giving up is the easy thing, and it ain't about the easy. Its about Moving Forward; progress is what its all about and you can't progress if your constantly giving up.

Continue to test yourself and expand your comfort zones. There is no I can't if you want to be Stronger.
