Hands up if you love Fridays!! TGIF. September is fall month where all the leaves turn green, and yellow. The temperature is much cooler, and it is great to see the birds singing and the squirrels running up a tree trying to save their food. It is great time for some sports, especially in  the fall season it is time to play football with some of the guys from work and have a great time, it is not only geat exercise for your Body, but it is fun to get together with your friends and have a liitle competion who can throw the football the fartest or who can tackle the quickest. But whatever activity you do outside either jog, take a brisk walk, play some sports, it so beneficial for your body and  strengthen your muscles and joints.
