As The Cornerstone Community Alliance we are incredibly proud to have our CCA Support Line.

This is a free, by appointment only support line. The support line is for those that are struggling with their well-being, mental health etc., regarding any or all elements of the UK Family Justice System. This could involve contact-denial/parental alienation and/or, general anxieties around the system itself.

Unfortunately this is currently only a UK based initiative for now.

How does the Support Line work?

In order to request a phone call from a member of our dedicated Support Line Volunteer Team click here to make a booking.

We will aim to reply to your inquiry via email within 24 hours and offer you a convenient time slot that you would be happy for us to call you.

The following is what we CAN offer:

A free telephone conversation to discuss, express, vent your current anxieties and worries related to your current circumstance.

As a caller you do not even have to give your real name. All phone calls will remain private and confidential between the volunteer and the recipient of the call. The only exception to this would be if there was a perceived risk of harm to yourself or others that needed reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Support Line Volunteers have a lived experience of the injustice of the Family Justice System, particularly parental alienation.

The following is what we CAN NOT offer:

We are not a blue light service for those in acute distress.

We do not provide ongoing therapy.

Should we feel an individual may benefit to a more specialised service, we pledge to never request payment from such individuals, nor request a finder’s fee from any professionals for any referrals made.
