You May Not Be as Healthy as You Think You Are

One of the hardest things that anybody can do is manage their Health. It’s not because eating well all working out is particularly difficult, but health is multifaceted. You have your emotional health, your financial health, your mental health, your physical health – there are so many ways to be healthy that it can become very overwhelming.

You could be going to the gym every day, you could be eating the right calories for your body, you could even investigate this site and ensure that you have the right supplements to go around your workouts. But you still may not be as healthy as you think you are. What does your body tell you? How was it reacting to your day? Are you struggling to wake up in the morning? All of these questions are valid ones to ask yourself, and they’re going to be able to tell you whether you are healthy or not. Here are some of the signs that you may not be as healthy as you think.

You are bloated and gassy. So, you figured out your macros and your calories and you’re building your diet on my fitness pal as we speak. You sat down to one of the first meals to eat for your diet, and you are bloated and gassy as a result. If your tummy is swelling up after you eat, there is a problem. It’s fine if it happens once in a while after a large meal, but you could be sensitive to certain foods or allergies and boots, and there are plenty of foods that they can mess with your specific suggestions. You should be looking after speaking to a dietician and a doctor to figure out what’s going on with your body, so make sure whatever it is that has triggered the bloating, that particular meal should not be on your plan until you speak to somebody who knows what they’re talking about.

You’re exhausted. You’re going to bed at a regular hour and you’re waking up at a regular hour and you are pretty consistent, but yet you are still exhausted every day. One of the reasons for exhaustion could be snoring, and you can ask a friend or a partner to see whether or not you snore in the first place. It’s not concerning to be snoring when you have a cold – your nose is blocked. If you are snoring all the time it’s a good sign that you are apneic with your sleep. This is a sleep disorder that can put your life at risk. The symptoms here are loud snoring, stopping breathing during sleep, looking for air during your sleep and waking up with a dry mouth.

You’re not sleeping at all! Insomnia is not fun for anybody who is desperate to sleep but simply cannot shut off. Sleep is one of the most important things your body needs for your health, and if you’re having problems falling asleep or staying asleep, then you need to get help from the doctor. Insomnia is actually a symptom of other hidden health issues, so don’t wait around to find out what’s going on.

You are dealing with bad breath. You’re running every day, you’re eating wonderful foods and yet your breath stinks! If you have good oral health, and your hygiene for your teeth and your tongue are regular, then there could be something wrong in your mouth or elsewhere on your body and it’s reflected in your Bad Breath. There are some changes to a diet that can cause bad breath, such as being in ketosis when your body is burning fat, but you shouldn’t be all the time. Making sure that you are looking into this it’s so important if you want to continue on your health journey.

Your muscles are cramping. As somebody going to the gym regularly you may find that muscle cramps are a common occurrence. In this case, you need to warm up and cool down much more effectively to ensure this doesn’t happen. However, if your cramps are outside of your exercise routine, you need to speak to a doctor. This is especially the case if you have any swelling of skin changes or you have a weakness in those muscles. Muscle cramps can be a sign of nerve compression or mineral deficiencies so you’ll need to know if you have to supplement your diet anyway and a doctor or a dietician can help
