Longtime fans of Kyrie Irving will recognize his infatuation with the show Friends—so much so that he has the sitcom’s iconic logo tattooed across his arm. To recognize that, a special “Friends” version of the Nike Kyrie 5 may be releasing soon.
Spotted in early images provided by sneaker_speculation, this colorway boasts a black mesh upper, accented by multicolor Flyknit in teal, yellow and orange seen within the midfoot’s Flytrap design. The shoe’s branding appears in white, which includes Irving’s logo on the tongue, alongside the Swoosh and the official Friends logo on the heel. Below sits a black and orange midsole, as well as a white outsole with multicolored accents. The Friendslogo appears again along the insoles.

Sporting a color scheme of the Friends logo with black mesh for its uppers, the shoe is then contrasted with hits of red, yellow and blue on the midfoot Flytrap. White is then applied for the Swooshes and outsole that also sports the colorful hues, while the Friends logo on the heel and Friends logo on the insoles rounds out the theme.
Retailing for $130, look for the Nike Kyrie 5 Friends along with the matching apparel at select Nike stores and online on May 16.
