“National Symposium On Drug Development & Updates” , Annual Conference of IPS North Zone, Integration of Basic & Experimental Pharmacology with Clinical Pharmacology, NZIPSCON-2016

The Department of Pharmacology Uttar Pradesh Rural Institute of Medical Science & Research (UPRIMS&R), Saifai, Etawah, Uttar Pradesh is hosting National Symposium on Drug Development & Updates Annual Conference of IPS North Zone (NZIPSCON-2016) on 4th and 5th March 2016. The theme of the conference is “Integration of Basic & Experimental Pharmacology with Clinical Pharmacology”


UPRIMS&R is an Autonomous institute under U.P Govt. Established in 2006 with an intake of 100 MBBS students& now increased to 150 students along  an average OPD around 3000 patients per day. An institute is in the process to start services of Trauma centre very soon and Super Speciality hospital is under construction.


We are glad to inform you that our Pharmacology Department, UPRIMS&R, Saifai is organizing an annual conference of   Indian pharmacological society North Zone. We are Inviting you faculty members and all PG students of your department to join this and Let's make a historical event. We hope that all of you will participate actively in this conference and make this conference a successful event”-- Dr. Atul Jain, Prof. & H.O.D, Oraganizing Secretary, Departmen of Pharmacology, UPRIMS & R, Saifai, said in a mail communication.

Pre conference workshop will be held on 3rdMarch with the theme “Current Guidelines in Clinical Research Clinical Trials” - Protocol writing & designing, GCP, and Pharmacovigilance.
Fee of Pre conference:   750 Up to 31st January; ₹ 1000 after 31st January

Main Conference will be held on 4th & 5th Of March. The features of Conference Include regular features such as key-note address, invited talks, orations, plenary sessions, brainstorming sessions, scientific oral and poster session and Awards/Prize Sessions for oral and poster presentations

  •          Recent advances in Pharmacology (Nanobiopharmaceuticals Biogeneric etc.)
  •          Drug discovery Translational Pharmacology   G LP, GCP
  •          Toxicology
  •          IPS North Zone  prize session for young scientist

  •          Need for change of MBBS curriculum from Pharmacology to clinical Pharmacology
