Use good quality sunscreen before you head out to work and reapply it in every two hours. This is the easiest goal you can achieve in 2016.
Don’t let the sun rays fall on your skin during the peak hour, from 10 am to 2 pm. It is the time when sun rays are strongest.
Make all the necessary appointments with doctors
What are the necessary appointments? Visiting your primary care doctor for regular blood pressure checkup, drastic weight loss or gains, the level of sugar in your blood are some common vital health concern that you need to check regularly. Besides, dental check up twice in a year and making an annual appointment with a dermatologist is needed for the best of your health.
