May 26, Some Follow-Up on Herbs, Energy Drinks, and Kratom

I recently have published blogs here for the benefit of Alabama residents who recently lost their right to buy and consume Kratom. Trying to find even a combination of products to replace kratom is very difficult and, so far, only partially satisfying.
Cat's Claw is the best thing I've found for pain -- and it also helps sleep quality. I've made it a regular part of my nightly routine. I found it to be sedative, so I only would use it at night, but others, who suffer from anxiety, might find it useful in the daytime, as well.
The herb Chuchuhuasi was a big disappointment! Someone (probably a seller) wrote a review that made it sound just like kratom, but I found it depressing and nothing like kratom.
Rhodiola is another herb that is gently stimulating and one that I will continue to use. I may also get more Ashwagandha, mainly for the health values.
Two other products for pain produced good results: Picralima nitida, also known as Akuamma worked (get it in capsules), as did CBD oil from Red Devil Kratom.
CBD oil is made from hemp, a non-psychotropic version of cannabis with very little THC, and so is legal in all U.S. states.
Most energy drinks are junk, but the A.C.T. Energy works well for me, when used occasionally. Find it HERE. It is product AE-1010.
Most energy drinks, such as Monster and Red Bull, are not recommended for diabetics -- even in the sugar-free versions.
That's it for today! Thanks for visiting.
