Nov 9, How To Lose Fat Without Dieting

A terrible trick has been played upon the people of the world. Farmers have accepted a new "improved" modern way of farming that does not return to the Soil ALL the nutrients their crops take out of it.
Traditional farming methods used to feed the soil with composted plant matter, rock powders with known high mineral content, and animal manure. Nitrogen producing crops like clover or legumes were often used as cover crops to add fertility to the soil in between planting crops. These practices are not done now as widely as they used to be, and we are all suffering for it.
As a result, our agricultural soils have become depleted. Minerals that our body needs are no longer in the soil in sufficient amounts. The farmer fertilizes with only 3 or 4 minerals needed to produce a good-looking crop, but we need 60 minerals daily. Even with all the food we eat -- and most of us eat too much -- we don't get enough of the 60 essential minerals. They aren't in the soil anymore, so they are in the plants we eat!
While we don't consciously realize this fact, our body does. It sends us subconscious messages to eat more in a vain attempt to get the minerals we need to survive and maintain our health. Without these essential raw materials for energy and the rebuilding of cells that are constantly dying and must be replaced, things start to break down.
According to Dr. Wallach, diabetes is evidence that we are deficient in the trace minerals chromium and vanadium. This was proven true in animals in 1957 and in humans in 1977. We're still waiting for the pharmaceutical companies to make a medication to replace these deficient minerals, so diabetes type-2 can be cured. (Don't hold your breath.)
The truth is, we're deficient in most of these 60 minerals. It makes more sense to take them in plant-derived supplement form, than it does to try to persuade farmers to return to the old methods of feeding the soil with compost and manure.
So, the answer to ending obesity is to provide your body with all the nutrients it needs in usable form. Only then will that ravenous hunger stop.
It is not necessary to work the fat off with vigorous exercise. In fact, that causes more need for nutrients that most diets are lacking.
The obese person also needs to stop eating foods that are causing inflammation: Fried foods, cooking and salad oils, and other inflammatory foods must be eliminated from the diet, if the person truly wants to lose weight.
Wheat, barley, rye, and oats -- all damage the lining of the small intestine and make it unable to absorb the nutrients that are in our food and supplements. These sources of gluten must go. Dr. Wallach includes oats because the oat protein is also damaging to the gut lining.
Quality supplemental nutrients are needed. Most are junk. Youngevity's are the best I've found. Find them on the Resources page.
