Nov 23, People Are Using Kratom for ADHD and Diabetes

Dr. Wallach says that what is called Adhd is the result of fluctuating blood sugar caused by diabetes -- and diabetes, type-2 is the result of our poor diet of too many quickly-digested carbs meeting insulin receptors with too little chromium and magnesium.
But what is the pharmaceutical remedy for ADHD? Amphetamine compounds! They will wake you up and force you to obsessively focus on your work and your play, too!
You may get a lot of work (or something) done, but your sleep quality will go to heck. Finding the appetite to eat healthy, balanced meals will be a problem, too. This is not the kind of regimen I would want to see any child or adult placed on. It doesn't make sense, because what their body needs to function is minerals not amphetamines.
There is, however, another way that many people are getting relief from ADHD and that is kratom, an leaf from the tree Mitragyna speciosa, which grows in the mineral-rich jungle soils of Malaysia and Indonesia.
Kratom is gently stimulating, unlike harsh amphetamines. It produces a long-lasting sense of well-being, attention, and focused energy, users say. It is important to find the right "strains" of the tree, and this may take some trial and error. Finding the right strain is pleasurable, actually.
For most people with ADHD, they report that Green vein or White vein varieties of kratom are the best for focus and energy, both mental and physical. Many people find the White veins(this refers to the vein running down the center of the leaf) are too stimulating unless they are mixed with a more sedating Red vein variety.
Beside the energy and alertness one can find in powdered kratom leaves, there is a proven ability to help our body transport glucose from our bloodstream into our cells for energy production, which is just what Type-2 diabetics need. We lack energy because we have too much blood sugar that can't get into our brain and muscle cells, because our insulin is lacking the minerals it needs to do its work.
What a concept! You'd think all the brilliant doctors would turn this herb into a medicine for ADHD and Diabetes, but you would be wrong.
