How to get a flat stomach?

There is no great philosophy here. To get a Flat Stomach you need to Lose Fat. However, fat is a tissue which is distributed throughout the body. To lose Belly Fat, you need to lose fat all over. There are no shortcuts. When losing fat, your body doesn't know where you want it gone. It will shrink the fatty tissue all over: belly, hips, arms etc.

This is the "big" secret: consistency. Consistency to maintain a good, balanced diet and daily physical exercise.

Diets don't need to be fancy - eat less food with each meal, no soft drinks, don't snack between meals, buy and eat more veggies. That’s it.

In terms of exercise you don't need to be a super athlete. Just take a walk every day. Walk with a brisk pace for 30 minutes every day. The key here is to do some kind of sustained movement every single day. Your metabolism will adjust accordingly.

Everybody is looking for a great shortcut, but in reality the above principles are the key. Apply them consistently and you'll be in the best shape you've ever been. You won't need to worry about your belly fat, because you'll slowly and beautifully shape your entire body.
