山藥

古稱薯蕷,又稱淮山。山藥除了藥用外,近來也常入菜,其黏滑爽脆的口感為其特色,但有些人對於山藥的黏液似乎不太能接受,相當可惜。色白而堅者入藥。補脾胃、益肺氣、治帶下時用炒山藥,強腎生精、治消渴用生山藥。

性味:
味甘性溫。

入經:
入肺歸脾,此外尚可達腎、心。
