Feb 28, Diabetes Type-2 Is Usually Completely Optional

Two-thirds of Americans are overweight or obese -- and on their way to developing Diabetes (if they don't already suffer from some of the symptoms). This disease is growing fast in the rest of the world, as much of our Food comes from the same sources of wornout, mineral-depleted farmland that has been soaked in Roundup herbicide.
Many of the prescription and over-the-counter drugs we take, worldwide, also make us more likely to develop diabetes.
The hardest part of avoiding diabetes for me was stopping the cravings for unhealthy foods and drink -- and disciplining myself to avoid "grazing" on anything that was readily available that tasted good.
I did this, finally, in self-defense. I was very sensitive to sugar and the many food flavorings (MSG, etc.) and other additives that would put me in a bad mood, make me sleepy and unproductive shortly after almost every meal. After a while, I got tired of this and accepted the fact that, if I wanted to feel good consistently, I needed to control what went into my body and exclude the junk.
I find it terribly sad that most kids are born good-looking and energetic and are quickly losing that healthy and beauty as a result of our diet, lifestyle, and forced vaccinations. My generation avoided much of that. Fat kids were a rarity in the 1950s and '60s.
Much has changed, but we can adopt healthy ways to avoid these changes in our food quality IF it is important enough to us (and we're even aware of what is being done to us).
Dr. Wallach's teachings, his mineral supplements and the full spectrum of other nutrients I take daily, have ended the cravings for junk foods. There are plenty of delicious natural things to eat that don't cause insulin spikes and energy crashes. Kratom helps, too, in maintaining a Zen-like detachment from thinking about food all the time.
The thing about diabetes is, it creeps up on us so slowly that we hardly notice the physical changes, the weight gain. Too many accept it as "natural". Too bad, because with the gain in body fat, comes metabolic dysfunction and eventually disease.
Life is too short to spend most of it experiencing your health and appearance declining. You deserve better! Throughout this Website, I provide the methods I've found that have helped me and many others resist the tendency to succumb to this disease epidemic.
If the expense of supplements are stopping you, Dr. Wallach has made it possible to get what you need for free, simply by sharing his health-promoting message with three friends who take the "Healthy Body Challenge" with you. Leave me a comment if you'd like details.
We all are creating our own future, based on the choices we make today. I hope you'll make yours a healthier, happier, more prosperous future.
