The Benefits of False Unicorn and Crampbark

There are supplements for almost any kind of issue you may be experiencing, including quite a wide range of options for the female and male reproductive system. While this category of supplements is not the most popular compared to areas like digestive support, it’s still an important option for those who may be struggling with intimacy. Whether you need help balancing hormones, managing period pain, or increasing pleasure, there is likely a supplement that can do the trick.

Two types of supplements in this area you may or may not have heard of is False Unicorn Root and Crampbark.* These two powerful ingredients have been used medicinally for years to help women who are struggling with pain, inflammation, a lack of sex drive, and more. They have also been used to help men with virility. We’re breaking down the major benefits of False Unicorn Root and Crampbark below, so keep reading if you’re curious to learn more!

What is False Unicorn and Crampbark?

False Unicorn Root is derived from the Chamaelirium luteum, a type of lily that can be found in the eastern region of the United States. The roots of this particular lily are often referred to as false unicorn roots, which is where the name of this supplement comes from. There is another species of lily called Aletris farinose that grows in North America which contains “true unicorn roots,” which is why the Chamaelirium luteum’s roots are regarded as false unicorn. Both flowers’ roots have been used medicinally for many years now.

Crampbark, on the other hand, comes from the flowering plant Viburnum opulus, which is more commonly known as the guelder rose. This plant is native to Europe, Northern Africa, and central Asia, and has also been referred to as the snowball tree or common snowball in some areas because of its white flowers that grow in small, circular clusters. In addition to white flowers, this plant has bright red berries, which has led some to refer to this as a cranberry bush, although it’s not related at all to the common cranberry. The medicinal extract used in supplements today is derived from the bark and sometimes to root of this plant.

Benefits of False Unicorn and Crampbark

False Unicorn Root is known for a variety of benefits it can provide; however, none of the claims made about this supplement have been backed up by the Food and Drug Administration, as there is not enough supporting evidence at the moment. But, many people have used this supplement and found success with their female reproductive issues, so it’s worth a try if you’re looking for a more natural solution besides traditional medicine.*

False Unicorn Root is one of the most well-known supplements for female reproductive issues, although it’s also used in supplements geared towards helping male sexual health, such as Blue Steele extract. Blue Steele extract is used to help increase men’s sexual desire and pleasure.

This means it’s important to stay well-hydrated when taking False Unicorn Root regularly.

Crampbark is also used to treat many female reproductive issues, and it’s often combined with False Unicorn Root in a number of different supplements. This particular supplement is used frequently to relieve pain caused by menstrual cramps.
