On the occasion of the IWF 2016, GreCon will present its new Raw Density Profile analyser STENOGRAPH. As of now it is possible to measure reliably inline the raw density profile of MDF panels from a thickness of 6 mm to a thickness of 42 mm with the new GreCon-STENOGRAPH.

Thanks to an improved software and an even more maintenance-friendly design, the STENOGRAPH, which has been established on the market already for years, has become even more efficient and robust than before. The control unit can be placed apart from the production line. A user-friendly touch panel makes operation of the system easier. The visualisation of the measuring data was adapted to the typical layout of the GreCon systems and consequently facilitates a quick recording and interpretation of the measured data.

The STENOGRAPH is usually located at the outfeed of the press. There, it determines the raw density profile in only a few seconds. The STENOGRAPH works contactless.

The STENOGRAPH provides important information on the specific influence on the properties of the wood-based panels with the reliable determination of the raw density profile.
