Antonio Cardona has recently started the role of Head of Business Unit Edgebands at Surteco. He took over the role from Fredy Hiltmann. Hiltmann had announced his retirement from SURTECO in September 2023 and officially stepped down in December of the same year. Currently, Cardona holds positions within the SURTECO Group as a member of the Executive Committee of the Proadec Group, and as a Member of the Management Board for both Proadec Brazil and Chapacinta Mexico. Cardona’s global experience is extensive, encompassing leadership in the execution of significant international projects, as well as management of operations and sales across Europe, Asia, and North America.
