The Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC) eagerly announces the appointment of Susan Richardson as its incoming Vice President of Sales, commencing June 10th. Richardson joins MTCC after serving as the Vice President of Meetings and Conventions at Visit Detroit.

During her tenure at Visit Detroit, Susan orchestrated innovative sales initiatives that effectively repositioned Detroit within the meetings and conventions landscape. Prior to her accomplishments in Detroit, she held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing Solutions at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City, playing a pivotal role in strategizing for the center’s notable expansion in 2021.

With nearly thirty years of experience in the hospitality and sales sectors, including managing international group sales, Richardson brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership prowess to her new role at MTCC. Her global operational acumen and proven track record of success make her a dynamic addition to the MTCC leadership cohort.
