Arabian Travel Market 2024 Closes with 15% Increase in Participants

The 31st Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2024, held from May 6th to 9th at the Dubai World Trade Centre, made history by smashing attendance records, showcasing its escalating impact on the worldwide travel and tourism sector. With over 46,000 professionals hailing from 160 countries, including 33,500 visitors, the event witnessed a notable 15% surge in participation compared to the preceding year, signaling robust year-on-year growth.

Themed “Empowering Innovation: Transforming Travel Through Entrepreneurship,” ATM 2024 provided a dynamic platform for over 2,600 exhibitors to delve into industry growth drivers. This theme mirrors the sector’s ongoing metamorphosis driven by inventive and enterprising endeavors, deemed indispensable in shaping a profitable and sustainable tourism landscape.

The exhibition received the distinguished presence of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, who chaired a pivotal meeting of The Executive Council during the event. Additionally, Experience Abu Dhabi bagged the “Best Stand Design Award” for their exceptional exhibition space, lauded for its innovative design and strategic visibility.

ATM 2024’s triumph was bolstered by strategic collaborations with key local and international stakeholders, including Emirates Airline, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Al Rais Travel.
