My name is Emma and I’m interning at Worx with a “big girl job.” I’m currently working on getting my BS in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology at Florida Southern College. I’ve done a wide array of jobs in the past, ranging from Art Teacher to restaurant hostess and I can already tell WORX will be a great experience.
I’m excited to combine my love of creativity with the professionalism of the business world. I love being able to think of creative solutions to problems or new marketing ideas. Growing up with an art teacher for a mother, creativity was never shunned in my house. We are always thinking of new ways to reuse things or make them better. I can see this same trait in the WORXers here. Everyone is constantly trying to improve and grow ideas, throwing around whatever they have to offer.
I’ve also been told it’s completely okay to have a cookie drawer, and who wouldn’t want a cookie drawer?
I can’t wait to see what I can bring to the table and how much I grow through WORX. Watch out WORXers, Emma’s got a desk now!
