Having a furnace and air conditioner over 20 plus years old I was one day searching Rocky Mountain Power’s website for contractors calling each one on the list when I had an impression I should call Absolute Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning. At first, I didn’t listen to the prompting and called a few more on the list without finding a single person to talk to, only computers. Then the impression came again so I called Absolute Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning and what to my surprise I talked to Kristopher. Kristopher was very positive and detailed without being pushy and is clearly a multi-talented individual with knowledge, energy, and enthusiasm (we won’t comment on his handlebar mustache). He was only 10 minutes away from our house when I called. He turned around and with the enthusiasm and willingness to help us, his suggestions and ideas proved most beneficial to our decision to purchase an Amana heat pump and furnace system. The Absolute Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning Team members (Tony, Brycen, and Ashton) were experienced and professional through the whole installation process. They started early in the morning and even shared their lunch with us. The removal of the old system and installation of the new heat pump and furnace, cleanup outside and inside was completed without a hitch. Each time questions were asked Tony would explain the process and rehearse what they were installing and how it was going to help us and our health for the future. Brycen installed the outside equipment and coolant while Tony and Ashton worked on the inside. Then Brycen with his attention to details calibrated the equipment to work together for the most efficiency and worthwhile system. Thanks to Kristopher, Tony, Brycen and Ashton for the wonderful intervention of your team of caring and thoughtful individuals that helped throughout the whole process of city permits through installation. Thanks again guys for a job well done.

Kristopher and Tony went above and beyond getting our furnace up and running. They diagnosed, repaired and also cleaned our system. They found the root cause to be a wiring issue and if plugged in would burn out the circuit board again, and so we expected to have an electrician come in to repair the problem before they completed the job but instead they found a spare part in their truck and fixed it themselves! I am so excited to have heat in our home again :D. These two were great and if I ever have another related issue, they’d be the first I’d call.

Absolute Comfort is the best professional company I have ever hired to take care of my HVAC. Kristopher, Tony and Carrie have always been helpful, kind and courteous, whenever I’ve dealt with them. Recently, Bryson and John installed a whole new system in my home and it works perfectly! And I highly recommend them if you’re looking to hire people of integrity and have your best interest in mind.

I waited a few months to leave this review so i could do it justice. I want to thanks Kris, Colt, Tony, and i think his name was Brendon for the awesome work. Our HVAC system went out in mid August. Kris came out and we went over options and we made our choice. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We didn't have a way to Cool the house so Kris was nice enough to bring us a portable AC unit until they could install the System on Sept 2. We went with the 97% efficiency, 16 seer, choice because of the awesome rebates that came with it. While on the subject of the rebates, Absolute Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning made it super easy. Kris sent me the links i needed to go to. He also sent me all the information i needed on the invoice to receive those rebates. It took about 2 weeks to get the rebates but that was 2800$ in savings on the system installed. Which i might add i am pleased with. Colt and Brendon showed up on time on went to work. I wasn't comfortable with just random people at the house; and they were super cool with me basically hovering and asking a ton of questions about the process and just BSing with them while they worked. I know a lot of contractors that would of been bugged by my hovering.They showed me the parts they were installing and walked me through the process. Tony, their boss showed up about midway through to see how the project was going. They cleaned the work area after they were finished and i'd say were all around professional and polite. About 2 weeks after installing they sent me some wonderful flowers thanking me for using them. (The wife loved them btw) So my unit has been running now for about 2 full months. I've seen a MASSIVE drop in my power bill from before. Which is amazing to see. I can honestly say that the unit so far is working as it should. We've had no issues in anyway. So to finish this review, if you're on the fence on whether or not to hire these guys, hire them. They're Local, and You get what you pay for, and these guys are good.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! As new home owners my husband and I were a bit nervous in having to higher an HVAC service to help with our new smart home thermostat. I called over 5 different business in the area and all were either unable to come out on the same day OR the prices were much higher (approximate >$100 per quote) than what Absolute Comfort provided us. Kris came out today; he was on time, fast with installation and incredibly professional (and kind!). We are certainly signing up for their semi-annual maintenance service in 2021 because of our experience today. Thank you!

Awesome experience!! When I first called to get a quote I was contacted about 10 minutes after the fact and was met the same day! They gave me a great deal for a new furnace and an air conditioner. The installers were extremely professional and polite and got the job done the same day, keeping in mind my house had a very small crawl space and was not previously fitted for and air conditioning unit. I am extremely pleased with the entire experience, from the customer service to the expert install of the units. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you’re in the market for HVAC services!!!!!
