We used Bounce USA for my sons 9th birthday at end of July this year. Owner Mike and his team were so nice, friendly and helpful. Mike was there for you from start to finis. Communication was great about pickup and set up. Mikes a super nice and funny guy too! Set up was quick and they showed us everything we needed to know. We all had a blast adults and kids! I’m definitely using them for our next party and my sons next year! Affordable and fun !!!

We had an excellent experience renting a bounce house from Bounce USA. Ordering was very easy, and I was even able to enter a tip at the time I ordered, which is super helpful for someone who doesn't usually carry cash. They arrived on time to set up, and they cleaned the bounce house prior to leaving. They arrived later that evening for pick up, with a polite text reminder for when they would get to our house. The drop off and pick up crews were professional and polite. We will definitely be using Bounce USA again!

What a great company! Mike was super communicative throughout the whole rental process of a bounce house via email and calls, all questions answered, very up front with policies/cancellations. Punctual drop off and pick up, quick and courteous! Was shown how to use the blower and fold down in case of wind. Thank you so much for making my son’s birthday that much more special! It was a huge hit!
