Fabián Salazar is an IT executive with more than 20 years of experience. He has extensive experience managing and working with teams from multiple locations including: the UK, India , US, Brazil, Kuala Lumpur , Canada, Australia and others.

Before taking on this new challenge as CEO, Salazar developed an excellent job as Country Director & COO of Costa Rica for almost four years in which he established and consolidated the local GFT market in Costa Rica helping the company achieve continuous growth of its staff in the last two years (35%+ last year) reaching more than 185 people.

The challenge for him now is to position Costa Rica as a high-quality nearshore location along with the growth of the local and regional market, also specializing people in different trending topics such as Cloud, Digital Transformation, Insurance and others that are crucial components. for GFT clients.

Salazar has a degree in Systems Engineering from the Fidélitas University and specialized in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy at the MIT Sloan School of Management . He also has two other majors in progress, Organizational Leadership at Northwestern University and Culture-Driven Team Building at the University of Pennsylvania .
